"No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times. The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place."

"yes the room was very clean. Staff was nice. They always had someone on staff who spoke good english. Rooms and air conditioning were very comfortable. Breakfast was generally good, when not too crowded"

"Staff was very nice and polite, no exception. The location is very handy if you want to be from walking distance to the famous Ver-O-Peso and Ver-O-Rio areas. The breakfast was very good, a decent selection of food, that will set you up for the day ahead. "

"It was sad to see a once great hotel un such poor condition. There have obviously been lots of delayed renovations..the shower in my room leaked. The table was old and marred. The pool was missing tiles, the showers were clogged, the pool atea was filthy and the pool needed cleaning. The restaurant was slow about an hour and a half to get food when there was no one except the soccer teams they host that obviously kerp the place afloat. Now, I must say the room was clean but run down, but also spacious. The breakfast was also very good. So there is good and bad. For the price I rate it average minus."
