“Not cleaned properly. Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass. I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips. So disappointed.”

“I’m generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. And the hotel provides a lot of activities for them such as drip coffee making. They are not very professional classes but you can still enjoy them. “Two things that stood out - The breakfast team is fantastic. It was the same gentleman there every day and he was friendly, helpful, and just top notch in every way. So were the women working there. (I met two of them, both fantastic). This team truly goes above and beyond and it's a great way to start the day. Thank you! Also - I lost an expensive pair of sunglasses in the lobby, and when I was checking out I asked about them and to my surprise the front desk staff had found and saved them for...
