The grounds were beautiful, pools were never too crowded. Staff and food service was exceptional ! Highly recommend for a family:) We didn’t even want to leave the property. The Privado Villas had their own private pool and lobby which we utilized regularly.

Room service was fast and the food was delicious with enough in each order to share. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful patio and view. It was easy to make dinner reservations and we enjoyed every restaurant on site. It was easy to find our way around the property. We enjoyed our stay and already started making plans to return as we were checking out.

There is no question that this property is amazing in many ways. The staff is always available and on point. The restaurants offer options for most palates. There are family and adult only pools. I think the best part is the attention to customer service. I do feel that the extra costs are a bit much, considering the cost of room. These include the daily valet charge and the daily Resort Experience Fee...I don't know what that covers. Just know you are staying at a premier resort and do get that experience. It's is beautiful!

The grounds of this resort are outstanding 65 acres of well manicured beauty. All of the staff are very friendly and highly trained. We had a wonderful time, enjoying the pool and the many options for food and drink throughout the property. Our only complaint would be that the bar at the pool closed at 4 PM. After a day of golf and shopping, we were looking forward to cocktails by the pool. There were many people still at the pool and they closed it. It was unfortunate.
