I also loved the staff at the SPA! They were welcoming and knowledgeable. The aestheticians who gave my daughters their facials were wonderful! I was not impressed with the lack of staff by the pool and the pool cafe. We could not get ice, food or drinks other than the Cielo bar and restaurant and we felt awkward ordering in pool...
