“While we didn’t require provisions for disabilities, they had an excellent set-up for those that do need such. Our host was very accommodating. ”

“It is not clean especially in towels. Further, the smell of old and dirty fungus makes feel quite uncomfortable. It is strongly required to remove the unpleasant smell. And the room should be cleaned on a regular basis. The breakfast is too simple znx the same everyday. ”

“We booked through Hotels.com well in advance of our visit but on arrival Bryan was not expecting us. Fortunately there was a room available. A nice continental breakfast was left out for us which was cereal, croissant, apple puffs or toast. We had a decent sized room with bathroom and toilet down the corridor. This would have been shared but there were no other residents when we stayed. The bed was very comfortable. Bryan was v. helpful and provided a list of local restaurants and take always.”

“Close to Ponsonby main road so easy access to everywhere yet its quiet because of its location in the back of the busy road. Free carparking service is attractive as well. Stayed in a pent house with my friends which was on the second floor. It was spacious, cozy and the view was just fantastic. Strongly recommended! ”

“After a confusing start (the property isn’t marked nor was parking, and I couldn’t find the owner,) we were shown to our studio. It was immaculate, with spare, but nice furnishings. Everything was comfortable, and the blackout shades appreciated. We found the amenities a bit lacking. No toiletries, beyond liquid soap, provided and only instant coffee.
