This place is a such a gem with super professional and attentive staff all around - beach club, breakfast service, sparkling room housekeeping, rooftop restaurant, sushi Omakase. The menus are always so creative and the chefs are routinely updating the food offerings. Hotel is so chic with perfect style, clean, making for the most restful sleep. Gardens and pools are so well maintained. It's like being in a luxury New York hotel but just foot steps away from seven mile beach. This could easily be a White Lotus hotel destination. "

"The hotel was basic but nice and clean. Rooms were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were not cleaned well on daily basis. The first day only the trash was emptied, the other days were a bit better. The best benefit of this hotel was that it was associated with Westin across the street and we could use their amenities with our Sunshine hotel bracelets, which was fantastic."

"My husband and I used to live on island so coming back for a vacation with our 2 kids we knew exactly what we wanted and 7mile suites was exactly that. They had daily activities, a beautiful pool, a hot tub, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing. Miss Claire definitely made our boys days on multiple occasions. Will be back and will stay here every time!!"

"I booked this hotel because it is a VIP property. However, there is no desk or staff to talk to. Therefore, there is no way to request an early check-in (other than paying for it upon online check-in), no way to request a room upgrade, or no way to request a late checkout. As a Gold member, these are basic services I should be able to request. This property should not be a VIP and I will not be returning there."

"It was easy to check in and get the key . The Place is a well prepared for travelers . Even if you forgott something they have it . It is like your own home . Everything is in order . Nice setup . Clean . Owner is a sweetheart. Restaurant , giftshop , gas station , liquor store is in walking distance . Chrystal caves as well . Close to Rum point where is plenty to do . We had an amazing vacation . Thanks to The Place !"
