"Location of the hotel wasn't as hard as I feared, never driving in the downtown area. It was very accessible to anything you need in that area with much of it within walking distance. The only downside is the valet only parking which is an extra cost per night plus tip whenever you need your vehicle. You really have no choice so just add it to the room cost per night I feel. I understand the need to charge for it but it just seems a little devious if you don't pay attention (like me) to all the details and cost when you book a stay. The breakfast is very well done with nice little variety to please many tastes. The evening happy hour snack time and drinks (one free and additional for a $1) was also well done with a nice variety. So overall that makes the parking issue much more palatable. The staff everywhere was very personable and a special shout out to the GM Heather for much more than a simple hello but a very friendly professional pressence. It seemed she was everywhere interacting with patrons like she was your next door neighbor. If anything brings us to Pittsburgh for a stay again this will be the place."

"Very nice Hotel, Front Staff was very Nice and helpful, check in a breeze. Very large hotel, we didn't use the pool or gym, but looked nice, lobby entrance has some steps to get to main level, and top bar area has nice sitting and has food and drinks, the lower level Speak easy bar long line and pricey. But Rooms are Big and spacious, I'm still surprised they are double beds vs queens and the bathroom is a little awkward, but very clean and elegant. Overall it is a great place to stay and in the middle of Downtown the T Steel plaza is a 3-5 minute easy walk. And everything else is easy to walk to. A very nice Hotel to get around Downtown Pittsburgh."

"Good place to stay, whether it's for work nearby or for a place that's quick into downtown Pittsburg. Staff was very helpful. Beds were very good. Breakfast was good. The fitness center was exceptional, and pool was wonderful."
