“This is a great location with excellent staff and a fantastic restaurant. The one big suggestion we would make would be to remove the smoker ashtrays from the walls and create a designated area away from the accommodation blocks. We had the mis fortune to have a smoker near us who walked up and down smoking outside the rooms with the smoke coming into our room each time. “Beautiful location with stunning views of the lake. Check in was quick and efficient and cabin was tidy and well presented. Noise from modem was above normal levels and impacted on having a rested sleep, and staff were informed. Their response to check this out was slow and no feedback was provided to rectify this.
