“Laura at the desk was so friendly and helpful, she provided all relevant information and made us feel really welcome, our apartment was spacious and very clean, and suited our needs well. Feedback: the bed in the master room was very comfortable but sooo high I had to literally jump onto it and slide off, I am of average height, and the taps in the showers were really stiff and hard to use, apart from that everything else was great. ”

“A very good stay overall. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage, large window with blind, and staff always helpful. The shower could do with some general maintenance to clear slightly dirty bits. The sink had a large chip out of it which should be filled. I was provided with one toilet roll for 3 nights. “Great communication, excellent apartment. I cleaned the sink myself when I arrived, but no problem I do this at home. The apartment was spacious and a home from home with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. It was an excellent alternative to the boring chain hotels I normally stay in every week night.
