"Within our first hour, we tried to get a refund so we could find another hotel, but they refused. The reason we wanted to leave was that we found several red stains on the bed, the bathroom was gross with black mold, and there were cockroaches everywhere. We knew this was a budget hotel and didn't expect perfection, but this was truly disgusting. It felt like living on the street."
