“The hotel was being renovated. One whole side had dirty mattresses in front of the rooms and clean ones on the ground. We arrived at a few minutes before 5 and were greeted with a sign that the check in person was currently unavailable. We waited almost 10 minutes before she showed up. There was a pool but it was not vacuumed. The room had a laminated floor instead of carpet. It was clean but the cabinet door wouldn’t close because the refrigerator was too big for it. “Great hot breakfast. Wonderful stay”

“We had a handicap room The shower was backwards instead of being on one end or the other it was in the middle. The entire floor in the bathroom was soaked. There was so much furniture in the room. We couldn’t even get his electric scooter in there to find a place to plug-in and charge it. There was a table over top of the air conditioner, so it blew under it. We had to move the table to the other side of the room to block the sliding glass door going out back just to be able to cool the room...

“Excellent hôtel en territoire Navajo avec un rapport qualité/ prix intéressant. Restaurant Denny's à proximité, très bon et accessible à pied. Le seul bémol réside dans les chambres à l'étage , si vous avez des valises lourdes il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Si c'est le cas demandez une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec parking en face la chambre.”

“Room wasn't bad, and the price was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking was a bit rough. It is side slotted, and the parking is extremely tight between the 2 buildings. It is one way in, one way out, no backing in. If a lot of large trucks are parked, such as was my experience, the narrow driveway behind them becomes a situation where you have to reverse out into the road where you pulled in from. I have a tiny car. So there's that.”

“Our quick stay at Reed’s Lodge was very pleasant. The room was beautiful (we chose The Marilyn Monroe). Beds were comfy enough and everything was clean. Some of the hardware in the bathroom was a little wobbly but not really a big deal. There aren’t a ton of breakfast options but my family of 4 were all able to find something we were happy with eating. I thought this inn was adorable and quaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we come through Springerville.”

“The suite was clean and comfortable, with thick, soft bathrobes, soft white sheets and towels, nice lighting, and a beautiful rose garden and shaded patio. The guest lounge offered everything you could want for breakfast!”
