"The hotel was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The entire staff was friendly and met you with a smile. The interior is like a museum and our room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Just a short walk from downtown Winslow. The outback seating area provided a space to visit with other guests and watch the trains."

Our car was slightly damaged by the person who parked next to us. He slammed his door into our car door leaving a dent and chipping the paint. Not the hotel's fault, but made us feel a little unsafe. Loved the pancakes. Breakfast was great."

"Basic room accommodations were good. Maybe more variety or healthy meal options for cafeteria. They seem to be unstaffed and had to get food in increments. Overall food was decent. Staff can use customer service training."

I called the day before our stay and was able to cancel one of the two rooms, but when I arrived both rooms had been cancelled.
