“I loved the large room! the property was very clean and updated and the breakfasts were out of this world. My only complaint was that there wasn't an elevator to carry our suitcases to the second floor. ”

“Great bed and breakfast. Feels like you’re walking into the past with all the historical furniture but with all the modern convenience. Breakfast was phenomenal as other comments have stated. All day coffee and afternoon refreshments were a plus after getting back from some long hikes. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back. “This is an awesome B&B in a great location, away from all the main crowds of Bar Harbor, but close enough you can walk to everything. The hosts are great and helpful with suggestions of fun things to do and places to eat. I can see why it is always booked out and hard to get a room here. My only criticism, if you are a big guy like me or have a hard time getting around, maybe don't get a room on the third floor, the stairs make it a tight fit getting up there.
