“We had trouble with the key to get in. It wouldn’t work. The bathroom and the bed were very clean. The air conditioner was not functioning and it was at the time when they had all the smoke from the fires. The temperatures were in the 90s, so it was not a good situation. My husband went to get coffee at 6:50 AM and the office wasn’t open and when he came back, he couldn’t get the key to work in our door. “there was a huge bag of trash in the middle of the lobby when we walked in. Also a smell. Desk attendant said "wanted to make us aware the air conditioner was having issues" I asked if it worked at all and was told no. I then said we would not be staying there and was told wouldnt get charged for cancellation. when we drove in the parking lot we could tell it wasn't going to be a good experience. “Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away.”

“The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Did not use the on site laundry, but it was conveniently located— as was parking. My only complaint would be that the listing suggested soundproofing in the rooms, which was not the case. We could hear pretty much everyone around us, but it did not spoil our visit”
