"Rooms were clean, but outdated. Customer service was great, friendly staff. Breakfast included is a huge plus! Pool area is run-down. Workout room is pathetic….lots of broken equipment, no weights, broken water cooler, and carpeted! Beach and sidewalks full of goose poop, broken beach chairs, just not a well maintained beach area."

"What a great place. It felt more like a B & B than a motel! The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Having a small porch overlooking the lake was great. The fire pits and S’mores at nite on the beach were relaxing. We were there a day after Labor Day…the parking lot was full every nite while all the other lodgings were nearly empty! That says a lot!"

"Overall good experience! The stairs going to the second floor could use an update but they were definitely safe still. The room was clean and staff was friendly. And they had a nice pool and hot tub which was so nice after a day of hiking on our vacation."
