“The bed was not very comfortable (too firm for me), and the rooms had been updated, but some of the age related stuff was just still obvious. The interior was fine, the exterior quite worn. That said, the price point is super cheap, so it met expectations. What it lacked in creature comfort and looks it makes up for with really really friendly and helpful staff and low cost.”
“Lady at front desk was great, after that, not so much. Shower rod sagged in the middle so curtain slid to middle, water all over the floor. Previous occupant dirty towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Literally no hot offerings left at breakfast when I went with 40 minutes left of service time. Not what I expect from a BW Plus…much closer to a Super 8. Will definitely look for different lodging next time thru town.”
“My husband and I spent two nights during the off season (late September) and everything was perfect. Most of the amenities in the ski village itself were already closed, but the resort was quiet, the hot tub was open, the restaurant served us daily, and the setting (nestled in the crest of the mountains) was amazing. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a great stay in a beautiful location. We Loved it.”
