“They were filling the pool, so I assume that was why the sheets had not been properly rinsed. The fumes were hazardous! My eyes were stinging and my throat burned. They did switch rooms but I felt sick all night and into the next day. Supposed to be discounted 20% but was not. Manager was supposed to contact me but did not. Suggest you don't go in May. Other times I've stayed here was very good, but I may not go back. Seriously disappointed”

“When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. The hotel was very clean and stylish and looks fairly new. No windows inside the room made sleeping...
