“Great location and great apartment. Good value for what you get. Kitchen could be better appointed. Pickup process was pretty bad. Concierge with keys was nowhere to be found. ”

It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...

“Northstar units are generally old. This unit was also old, but has updated appliances, which was nice. The longer dining table and two full couches were also nice to have. They do not have benches for the dining table as shown in their pictures. They only have four chairs. The unit was in the perfect location. So physically, the unit was great. However, the management was not great. The person who gave us the keys was very sarcastic. His office was a total mess. I thought I went to the wrong...

“Nice location at the end of the building so only one connected unit and a view of trees on the other side. No washer/dryer, but you do have keys to the pool/community area with washer/dryer. Be aware these units are three levels so you should be okay with stairs. Lots of room and great kitchen, dining, and living room area. Management was very nice. Location is walking distance to Village Gondola (when it’s open again). ”
