"The hotel is in a perfect location and has all the basics covered. One huge improvement would be black out curtains/blinds. We had a hard time staying asleep with the light coming into the room from outside and under the door."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurants and service were excellent, including the breakfast buffet. Only negative was that the elevators during checkout times were a real challenge from the middle floors (5 for us) as they were always full from the top 4 or 5 floors coming down."

"Great hotel for price stayed in few times before, good location for West end musical that you can just walk to them. Staff was helpful when was struggling to check in on the ipads. Plenty of food and shops near by, again good price good location for trip to London"

"It is the most crowded hotel I have ever been to, but it is very budget-friendly. The rooms are tiny, but they are more than adequate, and the shower is great. Few staffs at the reception desk are not attentive, welcoming, though given the volume of guests they manage daily, their demeanor is understandable. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of most attractions Copenhagen has to offer."
