"Basic and comfortable room - amenities are limited but good if all you need is somewhere to sleep for 1-2 nights. Great location and helpful staff - official check in is from 3pm but I was able to get in to my room before this, so is worth asking. I experienced some noise/music late into the night, presumably from a nearby bar but this is a trade off with the central location."

"I booked a superior room for three nights, I got a nice room but it was an inner room with absolutely no view just other room windows about 2 metres away. Opening the curtains did nothing to let any light in. I ran out of shower gel on the second day which was not refilled. Nor was it refilled on the third day despite me leaving a large note in the shower asking for it to be refilled. The room was not cleaned after the second night despite being empty most of the day and me not hanging a do not disturb sign so I had to ask for it to be done so. They did clean it after I had asked but left no towels. I mentioned all these things to reception on my check out to which I was assured I would be contacted by hotel management, but I’ve heard nothing. I wouldn’t stay there again despite the excellent location."

"Stayed here many times and it’s always excellent. It’s a 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. The shower room is great and the toiletries are divine. The breakfast in the executive area is great, there are lots of choices to suit your preferences and a variety of different milks for anyone who has an allergy or intolerance. The executive lounge is a nice touch for coffee and cake in the afternoon and an aperitif before dinner."
