"When I checked in,I was given a room that was not cleaned. I had to go back down and get another room. The second room bedding did not look clean, I had to go get more sheets, blankets and towels. I was told that housekeeping would be up to service the room the next day. Housekeeping came and I asked them to give me 30 mins. I left and returned late to find that housekeeping never returned. My experience was not pleasant at all."

"Business trip- they charge 14.00 for breakfast if you want to “walk in” or you get coupons per day. My room smelled so moldy the whole stay! My view was dirty snow on a roof. The elevator was out the day I left- I had to take the stairs with several bags as I’ve been gone all week for work. Breakfast was the exact same thing daily- you’d think that would change… it didn’t for 4 days. I’m often in the area and have stayed at a lot of holiday inns in the area - this one ranks as one of the lower ones, the breakfast lady was the nicest person in the hotel. The maids wore ear buds so it took several minutes to get the attention to ask for a coffee pod. "
