"The pool was drained and could not be in use. The bathtub was painted and peeling it could not be used. We had to take a shower as the tub paint peeled at our feet. The breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful when we had no bedding for the pull out couch. The elevator was being reset and we needed to use the stairs twice."

"Rooms are recently renovated and quite nice, decorated in a collegiate theme. Ours had a small mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with Wolfgang Puck coffee. Couch was firm but comfortable. Girl checking us in was friendly and had a good sense of humor. Only downside is that the property is going through a renovation in the lobby, and construction started around 9 a.m. on a Sunday. Overall a good experience and seems the rate was brought down due to the renovation."

"The room was great in the food, coffee etc. breakfast was very good as well. The only thing is is supposed to have a pool and I thought it was supposed to have a hot tub and neither one was functional and the fitness room was not that great. For me, a hot tub is a very nice thing to have to relax after a long trip. But overall, it was a very good stay!"

"The staff was very rude to me and my children. I asked the front desk for two paper bowls and they told me that the breakfast area was closed and that they were not wasting their time going to get me any bowl because they were really busy. They told me that I was being rude for asking and that I was disturbing them I told her she was being rude and that I would come back for a refund on my room and she told me yeah right."
