โThey could do better cleaning people rooms like when I stay there they didn't come in my room to clean it so they could have did better job when I left and came to clean my room and some of the staff the cleaning staff they they was like a two star but anything else that the area and the place that I was going is like 20 minutes away I went to the Michael Jackson family house and Gary and with like 20 minutes away and I needed to Walmart that was like 10 minutes away so everything else was okay...
โThis hotel cost is fraction of those in downtown Chicago. It is also conveniently located between Michigan and Chicago. 35-min drive to downtown Chicago. Save time to drive back to Michigan. Breakfast is very simple with limited items. I wish they offer Oatmeal rather than Grits. โ
โOur family stayed at this property for almost two weeks. The property was clean and was taken care of. The hospitality crew were incredible and checked on us with whatever we needed. The breakfast items were available even when we were running late before Ms. Doretha closed. The taco happy hour in the afternoon was a hit for my kids. Anne had suggested more activities for the kids. Overall, I was happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!โ
โ10/10 I have no complaints. We had a balcony. Very peaceful we were able to see the water from the balcony. I never make breakfast, so I can't speak on that, but the shower felt good, and I slept like a baby in that bed.โ
โThe desk staff were very friendly. Maria, who on duty when we arrived took the time to jcome to our room to help us use the TV remote and was even more helpful solving the issue had with logging onto the hotel's wifi.
My two complaints is one, not having two elevators, and two, having an ice making machine the second floor in addition to one on the third floor. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay there.โ
โI've stayed at this hotel before. I had no problems checking in. Able to use digital key. Breakfast is included and it's reasonable. The hotel is near highway entrance. Targets, Walgreens, Jewell stores are nearby. Plenty of near restaurants to choose from.โ

"The room was more spacious than expected, and it had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
