“금연객실임에도 눈 매울 정도로 담배 냄새 심한 방을 줌. 방 바꿔달라 하자 미안하단 말 한마디 없이 tv 고장난 방으로 바꿔 줌. 환기도 안 된 방을 준 걸로 보아 코로나 대응 잘하는건지 의심됨. 시설은 오래되고 노후함”

“I paid $186.00 for one of the last rooms they had. On the third floor. As soon as I paid the desk clerk told me told me " sorry, the elevator is broken". $186.00 and I had to haul by luggage up three flights of stairs. What a rip off. For that price she should have hauled my luggage for me. Then I had to go all the way back downstairs just to get ice. Comfort Inn sucks Never go there.”

“Clean room, staff was polite and friendly.”

“Best price in town, discounts the longer you stay. Centered in a good location in town.”

“The staff was sooooo helpful. We arrived around 9:30 pm and were starving! The staff gave us many good options to eat and even told us when the restaurants closed. We ate at the Chinese Restaurant next door and it was very good. The hotel was pretty busy when we stayed but it was quiet and very clean. If traveling to Elko again we would definitely stay there. Pete and wife are charming and really made us feel welcome!”
