This is an older hotel that could use an update; however, for the price we paid I didn’t expect the Ritz or the Four Seasons, which is what negative reviewers always seem to want. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was nice with crisp, clean sheets, a comfortable mattress and nice bedding. We spent two nights here and had no issues. “The Morgan has the right balance of historic charm and modern amenities and comfort. Great location downtown, near the river and many businesses, shops, and restaurants. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to walk around. ”

“A very dated motel that is in the process of being renovated, but you can only do so much. Restaurant was closed, free breakfast was very limited. Secondary entry door would not close therefore no security.”
