“Starting with the room: The room was great. There was a great view of the lake from the window and everything was as advertised. The breakfast was amazing. I loved having the pancakes both days. The restaurant at other times was also good and there was a complimentary beer tasting for the guests.
The staff were amazingly nice. I really liked the guy that checked us in. However, all of the staff were nice.

“He ido muchos lugares, pero no veo el día cuando puedas regresar a este lugar están hermosos y están acogedor. La verdad estás bien adentro para llegar no fue fácil pero valió cada esfuerzo. Es una lástima que no recuerdo el nombre de la persona que nos atendió porque fue increíblemente especial”

Por el precio acordado obtuvimos un buen lugar, tranquilo, con lo necesario.
Muy cerca del Parque.
El desayuno y el almuerzo muy buenos.
Nuestro único inconveniente, (que al final no está en sus manos), fue mala conexión al WiFi.

“I was pleasantly surprised, the photos online were pretty but once we got there the views were breathtaking. We took so many pictures of the volcano and the lake but still could not capture the beauty this location offers. The rooms and property were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite part was coming back to our room to find a new animal crafted with towels everyday, we were there for 8 days, I thought they'd run out of ways to fold the towels but they didn't.
