"숙박 2주 전 쯤 확인 메일을 보내주시는 점 매우 좋아요. 투어 예약 등 다른 도움이 필요하면 도와 주시려고합니다. 다만, 저는 계획하고 준비하는 성향이다보니 한국에서 미리 준비하고 갔기에 도움을 요청하지는 않았지만 그런 일을 귀찮아 하시는 여행자에겐 매우 큰 도움이 되실 겁니다. 제가 묵은 0층은 계단이 힘들거나 짐이 많은 사람들에겐 특히 편리합니다. 히베이라 광장이 매우 가까워서 야경을 감상하기에도 좋아요. 직원분들은 고객에게 도움 되고자 노력하셨고 언제든 도움이 필요하면 요청하라고 말씀해 주셨어요. 또 갈 수 있다면 다시 방문 할게요."
