“Amazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. ”

The guy at the front desk, didn't even check names or confirmation number.. kept saying us bring him an official thing in English.. after making a call to Hotels.com service center and they called to the hotel and thing solved in a sec. Making a mistake is okay, maybe he didn't see the email but please be nice to the customer at least. We were very tired arriving at the hotel late, and stood at the front for 20 mins or so. “Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here.”
