"Everything was great, except for the slope in the shower was almost non existent and the water got everywhere in the bathroom. We did not reserve an ADA room, but that is what we got. Totally recommend this place except for the ADA room."

"The hotel is overlooking the Nevrion river, with all the main attractions just round the corner. Our room was very modern, clean and spacious. Only one thing that we did not like was that at the first floor wasn't bright. Overall a beautiful hotel."

"The hotel and the room assigned to me were clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was also very helpful when picking me up and dropping me off to bilbao airport. I did not have breakfast there. The distances between the airport and hotel, as well as bilbao downtown to the hotel were short. It cost me $12-15 / Uber trip."

"Such a beautiful hotel! The location was perfect after we were finished with our walk from Porto!! The staff met all of our expectations for a 5-star hotel! The grounds were so beautiful too! All that we wanted to see was within walking distance from the hotel!"
