“When we arrived, the front door was locked. A note near the door directed us to call a number - that had no area code. When asked, the manager said "I thought everyone would know the area code." We're travelers, why would we know the area code? Anyway, we were not told what the wi-fi password was. I called the same number as before but never got a callback. I was previously told by the manager that she was having a problem with harassing phone calls from someone and wasn't answering the...

“I liked the ski lodge/honey feel. The hallway and room was probably 80 degrees all night even though it wasn’t really that cold outside. There was no way to regulate temperatures in each room. Had to sleep with the door open to the back patio area. Also the toilet was jammed or something so that didn’t flush, had to lift toilet lid off snd pull stopper manually to flush. It was cheap.”
