"Hotel Du Lac Signature was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel! What impressed us most was the amazing staff and exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member we met—from the lobby to every floor—was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their genuine warmth made us feel so well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and delicious food every morning. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the décor throughout the hotel was elegant and impressive. The location is also extremely convenient, making it easy to explore Hanoi and enjoy everything nearby. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, but the people are what truly make Hotel Du Lac Signature special. The level of service and hospitality is something we will always remember. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️"

"The hotel staff were so kind and professional! The room was brilliant with a minor issue where the shower was not working properly. The staff immediately came to aid and as the shower was not able to be fixed they offered a room upgrade straight away. The team were adept at finding a solution and were very helpful! The hotel is in a prime location to the Old Quarter and walking distance to all local attractions"

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Go for the opera wing and the lounge is a great addition. The beds are super comfortable and the shower wonderful. Best location in Hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is also excellent with lots of choices and high quality."

Staff is amazing and very helpful hotel is very clean and in very good area with nice massage spot inside of hotel and very good breakfast every day items change so you will enjoy Price is very reasonable Totally I am so happy I stayed for first staining in my long trip to Vietnam. "We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The location, in the heart of the Old Quarter, is perfect for its proximity to L1ke kiem, interesting shops, the Water Puppet Theater and great restaurants. The hotel restaurant is wonderful with a fabulous buffet breakfast and superior service-Rosalie was so helpful and also had great suggestions for activities in Hanoii. Also, the rooftop bar has a nice view and extensive cocktail list. The hotel service was simply excellent. We had to catch a bus several blocks away after we checked out, and James was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got to the right pick up point, getting our bags there and confirming the pick up details with the driver. We highly recommend this hotel."
