“Room was great for 4 people but had a strange smell on entering the room . After a while you didn't notice it , but each time on entering you could smell it”

“Very tired and run down unit, smells, demanding a $100 bond, clean bed, basically a bed for the night. Permanent renters noisy, smoking outside door & shouting till late. Close to tram in to town though.”

“It was fine. The lady on check in super friendly.”

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“Brilliant stay at StandardX, the hotel is beautiful and chic, and the staff was nice and helpful”

“Great”

“Nice location for walking and public transit. Great to have laundry! Room was clean, bed was firm but comfy.”
