"It is great that hotel has free airport shuttle 24/7. Room was clean. Customer service could be better at night with tired customer. Breakfast restaurant and food variety were pretty well. If I ever again need to stay a night in Sofia I will choose Ibis again."

"The stay was excellent! Staff were very helpful, letting us store luggage there before and after our stay and calling us a taxi when we needed it at the end of our stay. The generous 12 noon check-out time was great. The room was very clean and all new. The temperature was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and allowed for great sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia - the location was perfect."

"Beautiful hotel and great location. The gym was pathetic though and the housecleaning staff would either knock on the door at 9am and one morning 10. I asked them to come back at 11 and they never cleaned the room until repeatedly asking both them and the front desk. The room was finally cleaned around 4:15 in the afternoon. I would have expected more from this hotel."
