"This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would have given this stay a better rating except for one thing. As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)"

"Great hotel, rooms clean, quiet, comfortable. Amazing breakfast... However, as I should know any time coming back to visit my home country, I am now considered a tourist...had some appetizers and drinks later...didn't look at the restaurant bill until later, and of course the most expensive item was charged x 2....advise all to review your bill carefully, not just here, but anywhere in Bulgaria in general..."

From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the elegant atmosphere and top-tier standards.The location is absolutely perfect, offering easy access to the city's main attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. My room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. Another massive plus was the convenient and secure car parking, which made traveling with a vehicle completely hassle-free.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Every team member was remarkably warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their genuine hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome.I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and flawless service in Sofia. I will certainly be returning!"

"The stay was excellent! Staff were very helpful, letting us store luggage there before and after our stay and calling us a taxi when we needed it at the end of our stay. The generous 12 noon check-out time was great. The room was very clean and all new. The temperature was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and allowed for great sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia - the location was perfect."
