"Room was on 3rd floor, right next to all the ice and vending machines. I asked not to be have a room in this area. I got up to my floor and I thought it was a joke on me. The shower setup was horrible and difficult to use. I felt if the toilet paper dispenser was any farther away I would have to stand up off the throne to reach it. I haven't stayed in a hotel for a while, but I didn't know the travel size shampoo was no longer provided. I am grateful that I had a roof over my head and I was warm and dry. "

They have gravy but it is not like the regular stale one sitting in the the warming pot for a long time! I think the staff and the management did a excellent job!! Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
