“Newer facilities”

“It was a good stay. The major complaint was the noise level of the pet floor- the rooms were situated in an area where there was lots of foot traffic.”

“Parking was excellent, right up close to the entrance to our wing of the complex. A really quick response for extra towels for our second night. Bath fixtures were not so great. Ceiling above the tub had visible, brown water damage. The tub filler spout was loose. The chrome towel bar had significant rust damage. The tub/toilet area was uncomfortably cramped for space for opening the door or drying off after bathing.”

“Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty.”

“First room was put in the toilet looked like something out of horror movie that hadn’t been cleaned in years. Checked bed to see stains and boogers on it. Got moved to another room which was ok but only had one towel in it which pretty sure was the floor mat so you don’t slide getting out the shower. Asked for some more towels and another pillow told they didn’t have either. People next to us started fighting at 1 am went to call front desk room phone didn’t work so had to call on cell phone...

“Not much can be improved here. The checkin was unattended when I came and another traveller was upset checking out, because "she couldn't bear this place". I checked in with mixed emotions. But this turned out as the best stay on my long trip so far. 10 Minutes later I was checked in and everything perfect.”

“Was a good stay but could tell someone had been in my room before I got there and left a hand towel on the bed.”
