"This was my third stay here. The facility is old but they tend to keep it clean. You a 59/50 chance of the EV chargers working. The manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. The clerk said the manager said the chargers are not their responsibility."

"We stayed at this hotel for the last two days and overall had a good experience with a few concerns. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff member who helped us was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and in great condition overall. The only issue in the room was that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers in the shower were empty or almost empty, and almost nothing would come out when we tried using them. The water park itself was fun and we really enjoyed it. The most disappointing part of our stay was the customer service at the water park bag check area. The employee working there completely ignored me for several minutes, even after I politely tried to get her attention. When she finally helped me, she was rude, grabbed the ticket from my hand, tossed my bag toward me, and walked away. Unfortunately, that interaction left us ending our stay with a negative impression. Overall, we enjoyed many parts of the hotel, but I hope management improves the customer service experience."

"I booked the May 16th Ramada Inn stay in Saginaw, Michigan late that night for my wife. My wife arrived at the hotel late and was uneasy and felt unsafe due to the people hanging around the hotel and in the lobby. She checked in and after going to the room heard noises that made her feel unsafe. She immediately checked out and traveled to another hotel further down the road. This was terrible experience and we request a refund on that reservation. The Itinerary # is 73451039805426. Thank you."

"I’ll start off by saying the staff was absolutely amazing and as helpful as they could be. The first room we were given smelled like sewage and part of the shower felt like it was going to break. They moved us and The second room had dirty sheets, and peeling paint. The rest of the room had a surface level of dirt and stains on the chairs. The staff replaced the sheets. The grossest problem was the pool and hot tub. The pool was dirty and had little chlorine, but the hot tub was FILTHY. The water was almost opaque and the seats/sides were covered in grime. You could see where someone had scraped some off. 10/10 do not recommend unless they learn how to clean the property."
