“Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.”

“The house itself is very cute and clean and had everything we needed! Having three beds in the second bedroom was fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the fans were great. Be sure to bring conditioner, but it does say it has shampoo and body wash, which is exactly what it has. The listing says it has a parking space, but it is street parking. “The house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with. The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did.
