"This is a no frills motel. Location was not really in walking distance to many places, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it served its purpose for an overnight stay."

"The included hot breakfast in the actual dining room restaurant was amazing!!! It's not just a cold cereal continental muffin/bagel situation. Full service reaturant. The Spruce restaurant (attached) to the hotel was worth a visit, just by itself. Even if we stay at a different hotel in future, will come back for dining. However, would prob stay here again. The Room was adequate. Staff was top notch, very pleasant. Nice service oriented staff. Hospitality minded. We.lobes the staff. Place is undergoing renos right now but was not too noticable. Be aware they put a fairly high cost hold on CREDIT CARD ONLY for incidentals and 1st nights rate. Didn't accept Debit Card for this. Room rate seemed a bit high but if you used the pool (I did not) and got the breakfast, and didn't pay extra for parking, it brought the effective room rate down to a very economical price. There are cute walk out rooms to where you could supervise kids at the pool if you wanted to. Those rooms would be noisy one the weekends I think.. Parking was easy and free. Located by pharmacy, restaurants, stores. Would stay here again 100%. Hold was released and refunded to card within 24 hours of check out. Neighbor hood is working class type, busy street, with lots of shops. Convenient. We had no security concerns. Good for the right Guests. It's not fancy but they do care about you. Breakfast was BRILLIANT!! Overall no issues. We had everything we needed. Would stay again."

"The ceiling was a bit of a mess, you could see they must of had water Damage, and tried to repair the ceiling , but being stucco it is very hard to match. Other wise, ok I guess. But the young man that checked us in did everything in his power to help make things the best he could, Thank you to him, I am sorry We can't remember his name, but he was from Africa , very well brought up young man."

"This is an old hotel Unser renovation. It was ok for one Night. Clean and quiet room. The breakfast was basic and ok. You need to take the car if you étant to find good restaurant."
