"I got to the reception about 5 minutes to my check in time and i was told that I could not be checked in early unless i pay an early check in fee. I understood and decided to wait for 5 more minutes for my time to be up. When it was my scheduled time, they wasted my time trying to get someone to check me in and get me keys. I stood here waiting for about 10 minutes. I thought they would check me in on time after telling me I was early and had to pay early check in fees if I needed to be cheed in at that time (5 minutes earlier). The elevator was not working after I was finally checked in. I had to use the staircase only to find out my key was not working when I made it to my door. I had to take the staircase down and get the key fixed before going back up. That was terrible. And they were just smiling as if I was not inconvenienced. The receptionist also said my room number out loud. That is not a safe thing to do."

"Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and safe We stopped on our way down to Orlando from Canada. Breakfast was meh but it was good enough to have to start your day Room was quiet "

"They dont respec the type of rooms you request. I paid for my room 4 weeks in advance. When I arrived they told me they already sold my rooms becauee they were overlooked when I called personally the day of arrival to let them know i was going to arrive at 8PM. The receptionist told me it was fine and rhat my rooms were ready. It was all a big lie. Plus the showers are dirty, the towel rack was almost detached from the wall. Horrible place i do not recommend to anyone. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, good location. I stayed for 2 nights with my family and had a great stay. Very good selection for breakfast. "
