Excellent and very Trendy downtown hotel. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful. I loved the modern retro look on the rooms. Parking was just across the street and very convenient. The breakfast spread was very nice. Overall a very lovely experience.

What a lovely hotel! The location is right downtown, walkable to everything. The hotel itself is quirky and beautiful all at the same time. Our room was large and extremely clean! The staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed a welcome beer in the comfortable lobby. We dined at Prohibition Restaurant on the same block. We also caught a movie at the Nickelodeon Theater around the corner. The free parking on premises was very handy. We loved our stay at The Trundle.

The team was great! The room was amazing loved the ambiance of it all. Breakfast was light but enjoyable. Loved the location in walking distance to the local Saturday market, great restaurants, and activities. Will definitely return. Wish there was a parking deck on the same side of the street as the hotel, but the one across the street was not a big inconvenience.

Loved my room, the staff were so very nice, very clean, cute area in the lobby to hangout and continental breakfast hit the spot. Also, the bed was super comfy and it was quiet during the night. This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Columbia.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the university and is very close to all the shopping we needed to get my daughter settled into her apartment. I cannot comment about breakfast because we would leave before breakfast was served. ☹️ The rooms were very clean and everyone at the front desk was very friendly and polite. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit my daughter.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The hotel was only 4 blocks from the concert venue. It was nice to be able to walk to and from the concert rather than deal with traffic. Staff was smiling, friendly and attentive at all times. Hotel was clean, bright well decorated and inviting. The convenience of having an EV charger in the parking garage across from the hotel was an extra, welcome bonus. One note is there is no restaurant on site, which I was aware of ahead of time. However the hotel made up for this by providing a continental breakfast. Which included biscuit sandwiches from a local restaurant, pastries/danishes, bagels, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay at The Trundle again when we get back to Columbia.

Perfect Boutique Hotel

Great boutique hotel. Our room was perfect and we enjoyed that the owners maintained some of the rustic material from the original building. Staff was friendly and helpful! If you visit on a weekend.. don’t miss the market on Main Street!
