"The entry key card didn't work very well and the night clerk was condescending when I told him about it. He just ran it through the card machine, which didn't help."

"The room was clean but needed upgrading. There were insects in the room, the rug was shabby and stained."

"Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. However, one issue stood out to me. The bed linens had a very strong disinfectant smell, which was quite noticeable and a bit uncomfortable. It gave the impression that too much chemical cleaner was used. Aside from this, everything else was great, but I hope the hotel can improve this aspect for a more comfortable experience."
