"Very clean property and room. Asked for a late check out, but was told the hotel was fully booked. Staff seemed very abrupt with their answer, although nothing says that they need to accept a request like this. Just felt quite cold."

"We were very happy to see the Hyatt back up and running in full service form. We've stayed pre-, during, and post-COVID and this was just great. I have to give kudos to PAMELA at the front desk who actually recognized me!! She is an incredible and valuable employee. It was so, so nice to see her again--that great smile, professionalism and nice personality."

"I've stayed here before, and I very likely will be back. The building is in the process of renovation. That did not really impact the quality of my experience. The breakfast furnished by the hotel was quite good. I was there each morning when it opened. Construction workers and guests mingled; it was enjoyable. I'm a traveling educator who relies on local public transportation to get around. The proximity of this hotel to public bus stops is a plus -though be warned that sidewalks are not consistently located along Harvard Avenue. That's not the hotel's fault."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the overhead exhaust fan came on late in the evening and it was very loud. We called the desk and were told there was no maintenance person on the premises and our only option was to move rooms."
