Absolute gem of a hotel. Staff were amazing! Clean, very comfortable rooms and the food was excellent. Lovely quiet rural setting just outside of Norwich. If you are a golfer this is worth checking out. I also used the spa whilst there and again fantastic staff and great services.

Room was lovely and clean, staff at reception were helpful! The food at the brasserie was very average, steak was over cooked and side dishes were cold. We had bread that was just lightly toasted and seemed not appropriate in a restaurant that brands itself as fine dining. The service was very slow despite the restaurant not being busy, took over 20 minutes to order a drink, and we waited a long time for our bill. Tables in the restaurant and bar area were left uncleared and dirty for a long time. Breakfast was also very disappointing, it was a very basic continental selection and then a selection of egg on toast which was £25pp. We chose not to have breakfast after our first day as we were not happy. The pool and hot tub were cold despite being advertised as heated and was a shame that as hotel guests we had to pay to use those facilities. Shame about the food and facilities as the actual room we stayed in and the grounds were lovely!

Came away for a three night break. Lovely hotel, staff are wonderfully helpful and hard working. Great food, spa and pool. Location is perfect and the rooms are relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Excellent stay for 2 nights

Really nice getaway, the suite was really nice with great view over the golf course. The staff were impeccably friendly. The food was nice, however there was a long delay for our evening meal when it didn’t seem That busy. Would definitely revisit as it was nice to drive back to and chill after long days walking the coasts.

Excellent as ever

Stayed for business, having been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely. Well maintained with very good facilities including the Brasserie and more casual sports bar. The only minor issue was the lack of an iron and board in my room, and the air conditioning set rather low. The latter didn't really matter as the bed was very warm and comfortable.

Just a one night break but was excellent. Staff are very attentive, food amazing and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The brasserie staff did an excellent job as they were also super friendly and provided super fast service with a smile as did the staff on the terrace . Beautiful location and the golf course looks really good although unfortunately I didn’t get time to use it. Staff excellent really friendly and helpful. Room a little tired probably would benefit from an upgrade
