The ocean view amazing but you had to work for it. Lots of steps. (We stayed in the highest bungalow) There are no roads on the island. You get there by boat. The reception was amazing. Luggage carried off boat. Mango juice served upon arrival. Wonderful staff. Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean and birds was wonderful. No air conditioning in our unit but with terrace doors wide open, (they have mosquito netting around the bed, alrhough we didn't need it as it was the first of...

The staff was simply amazing. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only recommendation for travelers would be to bring any cash you need with you as ATM's were not easily accessible.

What a magical place! We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to return. The hotel was beautiful, staff delightful, food delicious and really unique. All I can say is wow.

- Service was Perfect - Diving Center at the Hotel - Great room - directly on the Beach - very friendly and helpful - Diner was so delicious

Very excellent hotel, with very good facilities and the hotel can arrange a variety of activities on and off the island. The food was great and staff very helpful

Almost everything was great. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was great. The pool was nice as it's very hot in Nosy Be. Exchange rates were reasonable, and the prices for souveniers and food was no higher than on the main drag. The only surprising thing was that the less expensive rooms included breakfast in the price, while the expensive rooms did not. Very strange. The breakfast was only OK. Strong recommend.

This place was beautiful and the staff is amazing. My favorite things were listening the the waves at night and then having fresh fruit juice in the morning for breakfast. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that it was about an hour taxi ride to the town of Hell-Ville which is where you can actually experience some of the Malagasy culture. However, the staff made great arrangements for us and the taxi always arrived on time.

Jacques and Celine ensure that you always feel welcome and you can undertake all your desired excursions. Even before you arrive, they check-in with you to determine any needs you may have and arrange and are available before or when you arrive at the hotel to assist you and provide you with recommendations on activities and excursions. Their attitudes and assistance make this a top rated hotel. The location is near the beach and if you are looking for peace and quiet it is definitely the...

Excellent!

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! The rooms all have large terraces that face the ocean providing wonderful sunsets. All meals are delivered to your table on your terrace and they make a lovely presentation. The rooms are large and clean. Shower is large with good water pressure. We stayed a week and used it as a base for excursions. The infinity pool is delightful and the gardens are beautiful. Beach is a 12 minute walk so we only...

Fantastic

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were great. Sadly the weather was gloomy and raining.
