La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile e si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi più suggestivi della provincia di Siracusa e Ragusa. Facile accesso al mare anche se la spiaggia è stata spazzata via dalle mareggiate, problema in parte colmato dal servizio piscina. Camere, pulizia e servizio buffet in linea con la categoria dell’albergo e nel complesso di buon livello. Animazione a tratti improvvisata e costi dei servizi accessori spropositati (€10 al giorno per il parcheggio, connessione WiFi a pagamento, servizio Bar eccessivamente caro….👎). Personale non sempre cordiale ed accogliente. Nel complesso soggiorno accettabile

All inclusive Paket ohne espresso. Kaffee aus einem Instant Automat und nicht Trinkbar. Personal an der Pool Bar öfters abwesend und dadurch konnte nichts getrunken werden. Snacks bei zahlenden Gäste dabei und bei All Inclusive Gästen nicht. Essen war soweit gut und immer auch Fisch dabei. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Buona ubicazione di fronte al mare, con zona piscina molto bella perfetta per prendere il sole con zona bar dove puoi mangiare pietanze alla griglia. Inoltre piccola ma graziosa spiaggia privata. Personale molto cordiale e gentile. Stanze ampie e pulite. Bel ristorante a buffet al primo piano con terrazza dove puoi mangiare guardando il mare.

Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo per la formula all inclusive. Peccato che la piccola spiaggetta non era praticamente usufruibile a causa di una spessa coltre di alghe sulla battigia. Chi è munito di automobile può spostarsi di qualche chilometro per trovare delle bellissime spiagge libere.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön groß mit Meerblick . Negativ war dass die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert hat und im rollokasten nesterten Fledermäuse, so dass abends lüften unmöglich war.Das essen war sehr gut und vielfältig und das Personal sehr nett, in Gegensatz zu Rezeption, wo man gar keine Informationen zu Ausflüge oder sonstige Informationen bekommen hat, in Gegensatz zu den Touristen aus der Niederlande bzw. Russland, die Ansprechpartner hatten und sonst besser beraten hat. Man fühlte sich als deutsche Touristen nicht sehr willkommen, leider.Die Insel war wunderschön, sauberes Meer und schöner Sandstrand.

La struttura viene presentata come un hotel a quattro stelle ma in realtà è un hotel a tre stelle scarso cominciamo dalla colazione prodotti di bassa qualità latte fresco assente è quello a lunga conservazione viene spacciato per tale varietà scarsa frutta poca e anche marcia adesso passiamo alle camere arredamento risalente agli anni 60 così come il bagno ma soprattutto l’aria condizionata che funziona solo da ventilazione non raffreddando gli ambienti della camera materassi risalenti agli anni 50 adesso passiamo alla reception il personale assente non è in grado di dare nessuna informazione riguardante i servizi interni All’hotel il parcheggio non ho stante l’hotel e ti trovi su una strada provinciale Il parcheggio è a pagamento alla modica cifra di 10 € al giorno e nonostante venga pagata tale cifra non è garantito il posto non esiste un parcheggio riservato agli invalidi nonostante si abbia il pass per parcheggiare in sostanza ho pagato 400 € per due notti in una tripla e devo dire che mi sono stati rubati in pieno da evitare

Albergo fronte mare

Albergo fronte mare, si arriva ad una minuscola spiaggia (una striscia) alla quale hanno accesso anche esterni che arrivano e piantano i propri ombrelloni occupandola tutta. Alle spalle della spiaggia c'è una zona verde con una decina di ombrelloni e la piscina su piano di legno tutto usurato. Struttura dell'edificio risalente agli anni sessanta da ristrutturare..... Il personale unica nota positiva molto gentile. La cucina da mensa aziendale, colazione con succo di frutta fatto con le buste, frutta inesistente o mezza marcia. Esperienza da non ripetere e che sconsiglio.

Acqua salata nelle camere, l'acqua viene presa dal mare e il dissalatore funziona malissimo, qualità scadente del cibo con pochissime pietanze sia a pranzo che a cena, colazione pessima con latte e cioccolate che sembrano annacquate, la nutella per i cornetti non esiste, solo il mare di fronte all'hotel è ottimo.

LA MIA ESPERIENZA E' STATA UN DISASTRO. MI SOFFERMO SOLO SU ALCUNI PUNTI RIASSUMENDOLI IN ELENCO: 1) POSTO AUTO A RISCHIO IN QUANTO IL PARCHEGGIO NON GARANTIVA IL POSTO A TUTTI; 2) NEL BAGNO DELLA CAMERA ABBIAMO TROVATO ACQUA SALATA (POI ABBIAMO SCOPERTO IN TUTTE LE CAMERE); 3) IL DEPURATORE DELLA PISCINA (DI ACQUA SALATA E MI POTREBBE ANCHE STARE BENE) ERA GUASTO PER CUI VI LASCIO IMMAGINARE; 4) IL CUOCO E' ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CAMBIARE.

bello, però. .....

Il wi-fi era a pagamento, il posto macchina, 12€ al giorno, altrimenti la macchina doveva posteggiarsi fuori l'area dell'albergo, sulla strada statale, occupando parte della corsia. Dai rubinetti scorreva acqua salmastra il che rendeva impossibile lavarsi. Ottima la scelta dei punti bibita. L'animazione durante la giornata era ottima, ma la sera l'intrattenimento risultava squallido. Con spirito di avventura due giorni si possono affrontare, ma oltre diventa dura anche se la piscina, la zona lerax con prato e il bellissimo mare meritano un eccellente.
