Simply stunning accommodation, spacious and serene. Great with kids as there is a kitchen included. Staff is lovely and cleanliness is spot on. There is a playground and the pool is really big. Only downside is that we only stayed 4 nights, should have been a week really. We will be back

Better for families with kids than for couples
Charming building and property. However a children’s playground next to the swimming pool mean this isn’t a suitable choice for couples looking to relax next to the pool. Kids were also kicking their ball against the courtyard wall and someone’s toddler walked into our bedroom one morning. Some of the furniture is pretty worn and should be replaced (in courtyard). Nearest town Rosolini has supermarkets and restaurants but is run down and not scenic, at least not the parts we saw! So you have to drive 20-30 min to go somewhere scenic, like Noto. It was clean and staff is friendly.

The Peacocks @ Rosolini
A wonderful stay at the Masseria del Carrubo. A really large apartment (1 of 17), equipped for self catering if you so wanted. All the staff were a delight with special thanks to Rita for helping us with flight cancellations, Joanna for serving us our wonderful breakfast (great latte, Joanna), Daniel for local help and Fabio for poolside drinks. The Masseria is very geared for family holidays with a small playground and a couple of small football goals. Great Wi-Fi coverage. All in all; highly recommended and would love to return.

The place is lovely and we had a relaxing stay. Breakfasts were excellent wth great coffee. It was the beginning of the season and the place was undergoing alot of maintenance. This was a little annoying as we were paying full price and so expected everything to be in order. They really should not be doing noisy construction work whilst guests are having their breakfast!

Wonderful place to stay. Well located (at the top of a big hill!) and good location as a base to see all the sites in South East of Sicily. Beautifully decorated and friendly staff. Twice weekly local dinner on site and lovely breakfast available daily (at extra charge). Weather wasn’t great for us so didn’t make use of all of the pool / outdoor facilities, but great to have the option!

Amazing and relaxing place
Amazing stay in a wonderful place. Apartment was very big and comfortable with small garden. Relaxing swimming pool. Great breakfast with nice view on the country side. Comfy rooms at this Apart-hotel.
Beautifully renovated old farmhouse in the countryside. The rooms are large and we'll appointed. However the furniture is all from IKEA... which was surprising considering the price of the rooms per night. It felt more like a standard apartment rather than a 4* hotel. You will sleep very well here. It's very dark, cool and quiet! Perfect for the weary traveller. Overall the grounds of the hotel are a bit lackluster. There's a large pool and sundeck area, that was overrun with mosquitos and smelt of sewage. I didn't try the hot tub as it was, erm, green. So not quiet what I imagined. All this aside, the staff were fantastic and friendly. The breakfast too was excellent with a great selection of foods on offer. Please note there isn't a restaurant at the hotel, so bring your own food to cook in the kitchen.

Friendly boutique hotel, superb service from all of the staff, excellent pool and well-situated close to facilities and sites of interest. Beautiful views of countryside from all parts of the hotel situated on top of a hill just south of Rosolini.

Very calm, great view over a valley and very friendly staff. The pool is great, the whole resort has been renovated with attention to detail. You reach Vendicari in about 25 minutes, Marzamemi in 20 minutes.

Tastefully renovated farm with amazing view
Beautiful old farm, very tastefully renovated and restored. Very large rooms, modern decorated with large bathroom. Complete kitchen installed. Our room had a small garden area overlooking the large pool area and the sea (about 15km away from the sea, car necessary). The pool was unfortunately not cleaned daily and so a little bit dirty. The breakfast was very basic compared to our other hotels during the Sicily-trip (same price category). Here is a clear need for improvement! Wifi slow. Very friendly staff. All in all we had a wonderful stay (4 nights) and will come again. Beautiful trip in the evening and very good sea food in the fishermen-village Marzamemi (Piazza Regina Margherita) at the sea side!

Tranquil upmarket Boutique Resort
Superb tranquil boutique resort - quietly situated but within easy reach of Sicilia Barocca. Upmarket and spacious rooms/suites, friendly and attentive staff, excellent pool. Special mention of Marielena who looked after us particularly well - and all of the staff who couldn't do enough for you. This should be on your horizon if you plan to stay in the Noto region.

The place is beautiful, the suite we stayed in was very big, extremely comfortable with everything one could need. The grounds are also extremely nice, with private grass areas on 2 sides of the room, a nice pool with a bar. The place is quite remote, therefore extremely quiet, which is something to know.

Prachtig resort voor een ontspannen vakantie
Casal di Noto is werkelijk fantastisch! Alles is zeer goed onderhouden, schoon en prachtig om te zien. De appartementen zijn enerzijds authentiek en anderzijds van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. De inrichting is zeer compleet, het enige wat wij miste was het koffiezetapparaat. De tuinen en het zwembad, alles is schoon en mooi. Het personeel heel vriendelijk en zeer service gericht. Kortom; een geweldig resort! Het resort ligt midden tussen de olijf- en wijn gaarden, dus een huurauto is wel een must.

Das Resort ist einfach hervorragend! Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet eine traumhafte Sicht über die Insel. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt mit mediterranen Pflanzen und tollem Pool. Die Wohnungen mit moderner Küche und eigenem Garten sind sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Das Frühstück bietet köstliche regionale Spezialitäten der Insel. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier ein großes Dankeschön an Giuseppe! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schön - aber nicht perfekt
Uns hat der 7 tägige Aufenthalt im Casal di Noto insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren größtenteils nett und hilfsbereit. Nicht gefallen hat uns, - dass das Küchequipment zum Teil dreckig war. Es kann mal passieren, allerdings ist es einfach nicht so schön wenn man beim Kochen dreckige Töpfe, Schüsseln und Gläser aus den Schränken holt. - es gab einen Tag kein warmes Wasser, der Boiler war wohl kaputt - Nachts geht manchmal eine Notbeleuchtung an, wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe bei Stromschwankungen. Soweit so gut. Wenn Nachts allerdings plötzlich im Zimmer eine Art Flutlicht anspringt und man nicht weiß was es ist, ist das schon etwas unangenehm. Das Licht ginge jede Nacht ca 1-2 mal an. In unserer letzten Nacht ca 15 mal, so alle 30 Minuten. Angeblich wegen des regnerischen Wettersy Sehr nervig!!! Das Hotelpersonal war von der Info über das Licht und die kalte Dusche ziemlich unbeeindruckt. -Internet funktionierte auch nicht besonders zuverlässig. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte ist das ganze Anwesen sehr gepflegt und schön.

Für Menschen die ein besonderes Ambiente suchen - die schöne Sonnenuntergänge lieben - denen Erholung wichtig ist - sind hier richtig. Ein herrlicher Platz und perfekter Ausgangspunkt um den Südosten Siziliens zu erkunden. Wenn es eine Kleinigkeit zu bekritteln gibt, dann am ehestens das Frühstück - hier dürfte es ein bisschen vielfältiger und einfallsreicher sein. Ansonsten - einfach herrlich !

Stunning place
Stunning place, proposing a very interesting formula: small apartments with their own kitchen and private outside space with some of the services a hotel offers (breakfast, local information, restaurant booking, ...). The masseria is very smartly refurbished and has views of the surrounding countryside and sea.

Quiet and relaxing Masseria near Noto
Quiet relaxing stay at this newly refurbished Masseria. The staff were particularly helpful - especially Giuseppe and Marielena. Stylish rooms, lovely relaxing pool, quiet locale, no intrusions, friendly service by the pool, healthy tasty breakfasts. Lots of interesting places within an hour or do drive. All in all a very pleasant soggiorno.

Per chi cerca tranquillità in un resort antico
Il resort è nuovo, ristrutturato da una antica Masseria, la suite molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Abbiamo trovato tutti i confort, tv cucina attrezzata con forno e fornelli ad induzione. Il bagno grande e confortevole. La colazione abbondante con frutta fresca e si poteva utilizzare l'estrattore per fare i succhi freschi, pasticceria fresca ogni mattina, il caffè o cappuccino viene fatto con la macchina del caffè da bar. Il personale molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio a tutti. Matteo Mainetti
