Nice hotel, great view of Noto, looked like the photos but seemed very family oriented. We booked as a couple for part of our honeymoon and probably made the wrong choice. Eg there were families with kids playing and screaming in the pool both days we tried to enjoy it (not the vibe we were after). Hotel staff were nice when approached but we found it odd that there wasn't much service… eg there was a pool and a bar outside but if you wanted service you had to get out of the pool, dry off, walk back to the property and order. Even when staff were dropping off pool drinks for other guests they still wouldn’t offer service to the rest of us? Another example was no offer of help with luggage. To me as a guest, these are missed opportunities. Also felt the price was quite high when comparing to experience and amenities offered.

Nicely renovated old farm

Nice and rustic old farm. Very quiet in the countryside. Good amenities. Breakfast was basic, so there is room for improvement. Reception personal was very friendly and helpful!

A beautiful countryside setting. Lovely views of Noto and a very tranquil property. Lacked some touches though, which could have made it truly luxurious. Rooms are nice but quite basic. Breakfast is average (cheap juices, imitation corn flakes, etc) and if you're not there by 9.20 the staff stop replenishing items. One guest asked if there was any more ham being brought out at 9.30am and the staff member just shrugged their shoulders. Overall though, a solid choice but not quite luxury.

Worse dinner in Sicily/Italy

I bring every year groups of travelers around Sicily. This time the experience was terrible. As our bus could not reach the lobby area, they came to pick up our luggage at the road (exactly 150 meters uphill). At the end of the 3 days stay I was charged 14 euros per person for luggage service. Multiply that for 15 and see how much I was charged. The dinner with a set menu was the worse dinner ever in Sicily, even though I should say Italy. I am a restaurateur and my trips are based always on good food and wines. The meal served was a poor appetizer of Bresaola that you could see was bought already sliced at a grocery store, with a bit of Arugula and no cheese or olive oil whatsoever. The pasta alla Norma had good flavour, but the portion was probably 40 grams per person, and there was almost no cheese on it. Then came the steak…. It was hard as a timberland shoe, denoting that it was a piece of meat just been de thawed a few hours earlier, no flavour, no spices and totally inedible. The lemon sorbet was good, but that’s what you expect in Sicily. We all left our steak and I complained with the Manager the morning after, just to have 22 euros deducted from the 50 which was the cost per person of the dinner. The breakfast is poor and you always have to ask for items that are missing or finished. Overall a bad experience, which is disappointing the most. I will not bring my groups back. There are many spots in Noto which are as beautiful and with much better service.

Fantastisk hotell mitt i en olivlund strax utanför Noto. Perfekt som bas för att utforska området. Mycket hjälpsam reception som hjälpte till med bokningar och tips pä tex resturanger. Plus flr den fina beachcluben de hade samarbete med. Bodde bara 2 nätter men kommer absolut att komma tillbaka.

Eine Oase ausserhalb des Trubels

Wunderbares, stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Sauber und gepflegt. Eine absolute Oase. Schöner Pool, Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück, Ruhe in der Nacht. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ca 4 km mit dem Auto nach Noto.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Beautiful surroundings and very good taste for decoration. The room was big, stylish and very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast might be one of the best on Sicily. We regret not staying one more night!

We stayed for 4 nights in Terre di Romanello Relais and it was just the place for us: very friendly people, beautifully restored farmhouse, fantastic food, quiet surroundings, Noto just a few km away... We will definitely go back!

Terre di Romanello è un’antica masseria siciliana ristrutturata con gusto. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato dispone di un bell’arredo, materassi davvero confortevoli, corredata da ottima biancheria da bagno e lenzuola di alta qualità e dispone del set cortesia della linea Ortigia (in dotazione però solo i saponi; sarebbe gradito incrementare il set con altri accessori di base). Per rendere il soggiorno in camera più gradevole, sarebbe preferibile se le camere avessero delle finestre, piuttosto che avere solo la porta finestra d’ingresso perdipiù senza tenda che obbliga gli ospiti a privarsi della luce e della magnifica vista anche di giorno. Davvero un peccato! I servizi al momento sono davvero ridotti, comprensibile visto che la struttura è di recente apertura e perdipiù ha dovuto fronteggiare l’emergenza Covid-19, pertanto non è ancora disponibile l’area benessere; sarebbe gradito che ciò venisse specificato sul sito! A disposizione dei clienti però servizio massaggi a pagamento, a parere personale non organizzati al meglio perché improvvisati all’esterno della struttura, talvolta davanti gli ingressi delle camere di altri clienti, un po’ imbarazzante! Gli unici servizi che la struttura offre al momento sono la piscina, la prima Colazione e dei light lunch. La piscina ha un incantevole vista su Noto, un bellissimo prato che la circonda, i lettini e ....basta! Davvero un peccato non fornire degli ombrelloni adeguati e aver piazzato un gazebo e degli ombrelloni ri

Bellissimo relais con una stupenda vista su Noto. Personale gentilissimo, camere curate e una colazione da Re ! Posizione strategica sia per visitare Noto (3min d'auto) che per le località balneari nella zona. Consigliatissimo !

Mi è piaciuto il posto e l’atmosfera che ti consente di staccare la spina. Mi è piaciuta la camera, comoda e silenziosa, arredata con buon gusto secondo lo stile siciliano. Bravi i ragazzi della reception, ti fanno sentire a casa. D’estate e in primavera dev’essere un vero paradiso. Tornerò.

Location molto bella e facile da raggiungere. Ampio parcheggio per l’Auto accanto alla Struttura. Bellissima la vista su Noto. Ottima la Colazione ed anche l’Aperitivo con stuzzichini fatti con prodotti locali. Dalla Struttura il centro di Noto si raggiunge in pochissimi minuti. Sono stati tutti molto gentili ed abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il free upgrade da Comfort in Deluxe, grazie ancora. Torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati al Relais per una sola Notte, ma ci siamo goduti l’atmosfera da subito. La Camera, pulita e molto funzionale, aveva tutto il necessario ed il letto era comodissimo. La colazione buonissima, abbiamo chiesto un “fuori Menu” e lo Staff è stato così gentile ad esaudire la nostra richiesta. I ragazzi alla Reception sono stati molto professionali e ci hanno dato degli ottimi consigli anche sulle tappe successive per il nostro giro sulla Sicilia. Un mio consiglio personale: spegnete i cellulari, sedetevi fuori e godetevi la tranquillità ed il panorama che il Relais offre.
