“It was a wonderful stay in a French chateau in the countryside. We rented a car so there was no issue with transportation but I’m not sure how you would get around if you didn’t have one. Our room was on the top floor but they helped carry the suitcases up as there was no elevator. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there was a fan in the room and when the windows were open it had a nice cross breeze so it wasn’t an issue. “We stayed two nights in the spa terrace sweet. It was very nice and quiet. There is no AC but windows opened and we had a breeze. The bathroom and toilet were separate which was nice and we had a rain shower. ”
