Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo. "
